Rules for FDP Attendance, Feedback, and Exam

  1. Attendance
  • Participants must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance to be eligible for certification.
  • Attendance will be taken at the beginning and end of each session.
  • Late arrivals or early departures beyond 15 minutes will be marked as absent for that session.
  • Absenteeism must be justified with valid reasons and prior intimation to the coordinator.

  1. Feedback
  • Participants are required to submit session-wise feedback through the official portal/feedback forms.
  • Constructive and professional feedback is expected, focusing on content, delivery, and relevance.
  • Completion of feedback forms is mandatory for certification.

  1. Examination / Assessment
  • An exam or assessment will be conducted at the end of the FDP to evaluate learning outcomes.
  • A minimum of 50% (or as prescribed by the organizers) must be scored to qualify for certification.
  • The exam may consist of multiple-choice questions, short answers, or a practical assignment depending on the program.
  • Participants who fail to clear the exam may be given one re-assessment opportunity at the discretion of the organizers.

  1. Certification
  • Certificates will only be issued to participants who:
    • Meet the attendance requirement,
    • Submit all feedback forms, and
    • Successfully clear the exam/assessment.
